Abortion
In this short section there are nine articles and videos covering various abortion topics. I kept this section short, regardless of my strong stance of pro-chioce, because the battle seems to always be the same. In the first video I appreciate Obama addressing what we should focus on to reduce the need of abortion in the first place. In addition to that video there are articles which show deaths related to abortion, such as activists being killed, doctors, and mothers being killed because of unsafe abortions. Many of the other articles show the always present tension and debates wrapped around this topic. I agree with Obama in that we should really be focusing on what we can do to prevention the need of abortion. I also believe that abortion will always happen, legal or not, and thus we should make it safe so next year we don’t have 70,000 more women dying because of unsafe circumstances.
